The service
Chirpy Delivery is operated by Chirpy LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Chirpy connects customers in Miami Beach, Florida with local restaurants and independent delivery drivers through WhatsApp. Restaurants prepare the food; independent drivers deliver it. Chirpy is in an early test phase and availability may be limited.
Orders and prices
Before you confirm, Chirpy shows the full total: menu prices, the delivery fee, any tip you choose, and a service fee (Chirpy's $1.50 plus the card processing cost). Your order is placed once you confirm and pay. Menu prices are set by restaurants.
Paying safely: you pay only on Stripe's secure page (checkout.stripe.com), from a link Chirpy sends you in our WhatsApp chat. Chirpy never asks for your card number, PIN or passwords in chat, never asks you to pay a driver or a restaurant directly, and never asks for gift cards, Zelle to a person or crypto. If a message asks for any of that, it isn't Chirpy: don't pay, and tell us.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund until the restaurant accepts your order. After that the kitchen is already making it, so ask us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do. If something is wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
Chirpy Club membership
Chirpy Club costs $79 a year. Members pay $0 Chirpy fee (normally $1.50) on every order while the membership is active; the delivery fee, any tip and the card processing fee still apply.
- Auto-renewal: your membership renews automatically every year at the then-current price, charged to the card you joined with, until you cancel. We message you on WhatsApp about 7 days before each renewal.
- Cancel anytime: on your profile page, or by sending "cancel plus" to Chirpy on WhatsApp. It then won't renew, and you keep $0 Chirpy fees until the end of the year you paid for.
- No prorated refunds: payments already made aren't refunded, in full or in part, when you cancel during a membership year.
- Price changes: we tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
- Failed payments: if a renewal can't be charged, the benefit continues for 3 days while the card is retried, then stops until the payment goes through.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Welcome offers and credits aren't used on orders that already have a $0 Chirpy fee; they stay for later.

Drivers
Drivers are independent and are not employees of Chirpy. They receive the full delivery fee and all tips.
